I was very excited to use this app and show to my Sage 300 clients and prospects. Looks like it's almost there. Currently non-functional. After login, clicking the Download Data returns a non-specific error. Please fix!
I want to use the app on more than one mobile device, i can successfully sign in on one, but receiving an error on the other. I signed out from the first device, but still can't sign in on the other. Please why is this?
Can't log in. I can log in online so I know password and login are correct. Even when I send password reset request on off chance it'll work nothing comes into my inbox
I have downloaded the app and tried to login. I am using an on-premise solution so i put in all the details. It always gives me an error and thats it. No Explanation provided.

It's good to show that my CRM is having an app, but it's not useful as it doesn't have the features needed for the users who's out of the premises to make use of it as a CRM app integrated with the on-premises Software. I find the mobile web version more useful, but not very customizable to suite the requirement of the users. The app need a huge make-over to satisfy the user. I believe Sage would do it eventually as they are improving daily but this might take time as I was waiting for a great app to be introduced.
