Worked well for 1 week, then became totally inoperable. It is as though my profile never existed. I am getting the constant message of "wrong password/email," but the password reset is an endless loop of nothingness. It asks for either the email or phone number associated with the registration of the app but does not allow you to actually submit either of them. I have deleted the program and reinstalled it twice. Done!

on boarding was a challenge, but I love the ease of use setting up both short term and long term guests.

can't rate the app for there is not link to download it to my laptop. Ok, today I was given a link in the BN communication that won't install. It is only looking for cell phones.
