I have paid for the service, but I am unable to access it. The customer support has been inadequate. Despite debiting my debit card for this month's subscription, I still have not received access. You either need to provide me with the service or return my money. It is disappointing that you have not been able to locate my payment with the reference number, email ID, name, and date provided, and it is unacceptable. For the third month also deducted my payment without solving the issue.

Pathetic customer service and cheating. I have subscribed the service and after few days none of the movies were playing. I raised the issue with customer care and received the call.l, but they were not able to resolve the issue. Now the subscription is over and I need pay money again to watch it. I was not able to watch much movies during subscription period. Better go for some better app.

App doesn't launch on my pixel 7 running latest February 2024 update. Update: the app is starting on the device after a day. Not sure what's going on. Nothing was changed or updated on device during past few days.
