i have been using salam for the last two months but i am not able to register anywhere because I am not getting otp. the network coverage is very bad in riyadh city, some times i am not able to send a WhatsApp message. i complained alot of times to their customer care but not getting any satisfying response. they only give you time to get fixed within 5 days. if you complain again they will open another ticket for 5 days. they are not going to fix their issues.

My salaam application is not opening, error code 112 is coming up. I have tried through online services as well, the same error code 112 is coming up. It has been three days since I complained to customer care. No matter how many times I ask, they say it will be fixed soon, but there is no update from salam.still not solved my problem,i think technical team is still sleeping dear team please wake up and solve our issues, I am not able to renew my plan also. This is causing me a lot of trouble🤧

I’ve been trying to register for over an hour but haven’t received the OTP. The app only lets you buy packages—nothing else. I want to know where to get add-ons like 2GB data or 1000 local/intl minutes. This app is frustrating compared to others, which are smoother and more user-friendly. Not promising at all.
