I have used SalamAir many times and always received excellent service in Saudi Arabia and Oman. However, my recent experience at the Pakistan airport was very disappointing. The boarding pass staff were rude and refused my laptop bag due to weight restrictions. I could not argue with them because I had to complete my journey. The service was much worse than the standard I have experienced before.

app won't even open and you expect us to check in online, useless update... so bad they make Ryanair look professional, this must be one of the worlds worst airlines, tge weight restrictions on hand luggage is pathetic, my bag and laptop weigh 5kg and that's without anything else, its just a rip off to charge more money

Application is good but hand baggage policy is worst in the industry a small trolley bags cannot be carried on board. I had to pay OMR 20.9 for a small trolley bag at calicut airport. this was disgusting. I had 30 kgs allowed per ticket ...had 4 tickets ....overall weight weight was around 67.5 kgs.... .so will the airline pay me back for the balance unused weight. what a worst policy ....will never travel in Salam air again.
