It just works. It isn't anything fancy about the app. It allows you to do basic things that should come standard: mobile check deposit, allowed transfers externally and internally, can connect with an agent very quickly, etc... Nothing deserves a 5 star, unless they are waiting on me hand and foot. This app isn't that, but it's close enough for practical purposes.

Good interface, easy to use. Wish I had option to use a 4-digit PIN rather than having to type out full password every time or use the fingerprint option (which I am dead set against - will never use this for any app). Really wish that the app (or main website) saved copies of the mobile deposit checks. Seems silly that this is not there. Or at the very least, allow user to enter a notation about the check, so I know what it was when I want to look at transaction history.

App worked well, but recently will not open. It sends an alert that the app's security policy prevents the use of Android USB debugging bridge. All other banking apps on my phone work fine. I will not be turning off USB debugging, as it is required for certain other apps I use. I'm preparing to close my accounts and go to a different bank with a properly functioning mobile app. Convenience is my number one priority in banking.
