Very Bad service, I ordered 2 pair of shoes in one invoice transaction one shoes come on time and the other one too much late. Then you have to pay for the Local Delivery fee in courier like SMSA and Aramex. Pay attention to that Free Delivery mentioned in the Apps... it's missed leading. By the way i think shoes also not original it's like a Class A copy.

Upsetting and annoying. I ordered shoes dated December 21,2023. Until now it wasn't delivered. I'm calling the number reflected on their store but nobody's picking up and I even sent an email but no feed back. I paid for that shoes but you didn't deliver it. My friend asked me to order shoes again December 25 and it was delivered. So why my order last Dec 21 until now I didn't receive it?? Anybody can answer? I even called the courier (SMSA) as per the agent they only received my information.

Terrible application. Poor "user friendlines", cannot use order tracking link for some reason. Translation to English only partial on most pages ...al in all BAD..
