Iv'e had an account with SP for years. On the app, I couldn't recall my username. I was asked to enter my DOB; FAIL. Asked for SSN; FAIL. So I couldn't log in. A month ago, I used the website to initiate a transfer from my bank to a birthday acct I made. It CONFIRMED the transfer. Over 10 days later, I sent them a message asking what happened to my transfer. They said they didn't see it 🐮💩🤦♀️. The app can't even get a 3-star review. I'd give the same rating to their website if I could.

A lot of report of people unable to login resulting in 1 star reviews. I noticed that when I tried to login with my username as prompted I got the same result (Access Denied error), but entering my account email address at the username prompt worked just fine. Maybe this would help some other folks. I don't know why the developers haven't addressed this after months of consistent 1 star reviews. Once I was in, I thought the app functionality was quite good.

Can't log in to my account via the app. Keep getting a "Login Failed - Forbidden" message. It's very strange, because I can log into the website just fine, so I know my account isn't locked. I cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc, and the error won't clear. Very frustrating! Doesn't seem like this app is being properly maintained which, for a banking app, is concerning.
