For those saying the app doesn't work, it may be that your salon has temporarily turned off the app like I did for my salon. We did this so we could control the rebooking of cancelled appointments and not receive product orders we wouldn't be in salon to fulfill. I figured this out by trying to get myself more familiar with the app so I can be more help to guests using it but the salon does become kind of invisible if they've shut it off during this time. Be patient with your salon. This is a great app maybe just check with them if this is the case

Installed and reinstalled app many times. We have Samsung Android We have never used app before for any purpose We are unable to create a new account even though our salon is listed and set up with app developers. App gives error message that our salon is not yet set up when if fact it is. I suggest that before the developer releases the app make sure it works on all platforms especially during this trying time. I reached out to email of someone there and have not heard back. BAD APP

I can't even sign in to the app because it says my email address is not valid. Its a student email address and the app won't recognize it due to the extra "." after the @ sign. I would rather not have to set up an entirely new account with my salon because of poor programing, it is very frustrating.
