SALTO JustIN Mobile access technology simplifies the users and dynamic key management process of users in a building. When i really needed it... it failed. My apartment complex has fobs for the front door along with this app. I tried using this app to get into my apt it said couldn't locate key. I uninstall and reinstall still same thing. I have tried it before but always have my key. Go figure the time I don't have my key and it's freezing outside It won't work. Ugh! Gotta love technology.....NOT!

Works once or twice but takes forever to detect the large sensors, even with nothing between the phone and sensor. Rarely works on small sensors. I don't understand how a passive fob works 100% of the time and an active phone signal works less than 5% of the time. Update: They now require location permission for the app to work, which doesn't make sense. NFC shouldn't necessitate location data. If you have a fob, skip the app.

Not at all user friendly. I have to use it several times a day to enter my office building and never once has it worked on the first try. It doesn't even work on the 5th or 6th try. There have been many times I have tried over a dozen times without success and ended up having to rely on someone else to let me in. It simply does not connect to the sensor. This in addition to taking ridiculously long to open the app - just an unpleasant experience all around. There has to be a better solution.
