Are you expecting a shipment with delivery to easybox?

When you need more time, you can extend the free storage period by another 24 hours from the moment the shipment is loaded into easybox.

Have you chosen delivery to an address from Sameday? With the SAMEDAY app, you can:

🔺 Track the delivery in real time

Don't worry about missing the courier while you're in the store! The SAMEDAY app will notify you up to 2 hours before delivery, and through the interactive map you can see how many stops it has left before it reaches you.

🔺 Pay cash on delivery with a card directly in the app

If you prefer to pay cash on delivery, you no longer need to have cash on hand upon receipt. You can pay online, directly in the app, from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.

🔺 Redirect a parcel with delivery to an easybox address to an easybox

If your parcel is delivered to an address, you can easily redirect it to one of the over 800 easybox machines in Bulgaria, as long as it meets the conditions for delivery at easybox.

🔺 Redirect the parcel to another address

If your plans have changed, you can redirect the parcel to a neighbor or another convenient address, from the moment it is handed over to the courier.

🔺 Postpone the delivery

No more worries about returning when you are out of town! Postpone delivery to the selected address for up to 5 days in Sofia or up to 2 days in other locations in Bulgaria, after the shipment has been handed over to a courier.
Other functionalities in the SAMEDAY application:

You always have a PIN/QR code at hand to validate the delivery.
You can check the expected delivery time in the "Shipment details" menu.
You can save delivery addresses and favorite easybox devices.
You can add bank cards for faster payment.
You see the status of all shipments associated with the phone number used during registration. You have access to the shipment history for the last 90 days.
You can cancel delivery to an address when the shipment has been handed over to a courier.
