About this app

Hearapy: Beat Travel Sickness with 100 Hz

Travel sickness affects 3 out of 10 travelers and can turn any trip into an uncomfortable ordeal. With the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro and the Hearapy app, traveling becomes far more relaxing: a clear 100 Hz bass sine tone stimulates your sense of balance and helps you feel better on the go. Just download the app, switch on your Buds, and travel with greater ease.
Before you set off, listen to the 100 Hz bass tone in the Hearapy app for 60 seconds. Set it to the recommended volume of around 85 dB – loud, but still comfortable. With the built-in timer and adjustable volume controls, you can fine-tune the tone to what feels right for you.
Studies suggest that just 60 seconds of a pure 100 Hz sine tone can significantly reduce travel sickness, with the effect lasting up to two hours. This targeted stimulation of the balance organ in the inner ear helps your body reconcile conflicting sensory signals – completely medication-free.
The perfect travel buddies: the Galaxy Buds4 Pro reproduce the bass tone with exceptional clarity and impact. Thanks to their 2-way speakers and dual amplifier, you get rich, detailed premium Hi-Fi sound. The new woofer delivers precise, powerful bass tones – ideal for maximizing the effect of the Hearapy app. The result: a smoother, more comfortable journey every time.

Epic. Have only tried it for a short period of time, but it's a noticeable improvement. Works on mine, and should work on any other earbud that supports 100hz sound too.

I don't get motion sickness but I was interested to see how this app works and after listening to the bass tone at the reccomended 85dB, my ears do feel different and more sensitive to subtle sounds so that's something.

Works for VR games! I tried VR for the first time. Felt very sick in about 30 seconds. Used this app, and I could complete a whole race in VR without feeling sick. I can't wait to try before I go on a rollercoaster. Will update later this summer.
