They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great.

Super disappointed in this app. My area has really good connecting for my phone service and I was excited to set my som up with a device to use with this app so I could stay in communication and keep track of them. The app constantly disconnects from devices, no matter the distance (can both be in my hands or the watch could be 1.5 miles away and the app can't find it). I could deal if at least the GPS worked decently, but the margin of error is about 1 mile and errors outnumber accurates 4 to 1

If you spend $270+ on the Galaxy Buds4 beware that Samsung has decided you must sign in to a Samsung account to set up your earbuds, a totally unnecessary and infuriating requirement that they added at some point recently. This is required to adjust basic settings on your device and has completely discouraged me from buying Samsung accessories in the future. By the way, the wearable app no longer works for this device, and if you try to sign in, don't worry; that doesn't work either.
