Ratings and reviews

Update 7/4/23. The app stopped syncing. The Samsung fix is not working now. I reduced rating from 5 star to 1 star unless the problem is resolved soon. Original review: I was having a nightmare with the Google phone app. I could not get my emails. A fellow at Xfinity helped me by recommending this app. I had not been getting my emails for my 2 email accounts. This app was exceptionally easy to set up and use. What a relief to not have to worry about putting in the incoming and outgoing ports.

I used to love this email app but for some reason the last 6 months or so 2 of the 3 email accounts I use will not auto-sync. I have deleted the app and reinstalled many times, it works great for a few days but goes back to the same issue. I have made sure all the settings are correct, I have service, etc. Tired of having to delete the app weekly just to have it work properly for only a few days. I reached out to the developer but just got generic response so not much help there either.

Love the app, but the latest update took away some of the efficiency that I grew to love. Swiping right now has an animation to it that creates a delay. It's not as fast to swipe right and mark an item as 'read'. There's also a new 'header' on top of the list of emails that tells you how many unread messages there are. Problem is, it takes up half the screen. I find it to be unnecessary since you can see how many unread messages are listed in the left.
