Ratings and reviews

I have two German bank accounts, yet verifying either of them seems absolutely impossible! I have wasted 1 hour repeating the verification process and none of them seem to work. With my Commerzbank account, after the login through the TAN app (for login and for authorisation), the screen just goes blank and nothing happens. With my N26 account, after approving my login on the app, they requested a "Bestätigungs-PIN" which I do not have. I tried entering a 4 digit value but in all cases there is a failure and my verification is aborted. If this is not fixed I will just stick to Google Pay! Much easier to set up and use

False hope on convenience. Yes it's amazing when it works. However, here're the traumatizing experience: 1. Samsung sneaky way to get people accepting to their data and marketing term is: force you to accept when you hit pay. So either you agree to donate every data for ads or hold the line 2. Works for US, UK, Switzerland, but not offered for countries like Germany even though price is same or higher 3. Authentication error happens quite frequently for no reason when payment is attempted

The app freezes during the setup process. Resetting my phone and reinstalling the app did not help. I contacted Samsung Pay support and included a screen recording clearly illustrating that the app is frozen. According to them their app does not freeze and my phone that works with every other app is somehow defective. In its current state the app is useless and Samsung Pay support is no better.
