The forced update yet again removed a very useful and convenient feature of the s pen. this time it was one that allowed you to quickly take screenshots and crop them using the pen as a selection tool. I can't even properly submit feedback within the app without authorizing this specific app to send me all kinds of notifications. The AI select feature is awful. there's no way to opt out, there's no way to take a regular screenshot of text anymore. AI should be an option not an obligation.

App is great, it helped diagnose my battery health. However I'm giving just a star rating because I have unresolved phone connectivity issue. For over a month, my S22 Ultra only works when connected to WiFi, once I step out of the house, all phone signals are lost. My service provider has done everything possible but the problem remains with Samsung. This seems to be a common problem with Samsung phones, I had the same experience with Note 8 in those days but they resolved it with my warranty

keeps messing up the contacts because of constantly trying to index contacts. Samsung should stop that practice as it is user Choice how to index their own contacts and should be left to them. have complained to them many times and they keep saying they will check and escalate but nothing has been done. then you collect multiple email addresses and phone numbers and sometimes even 10 or 12 of those same numbers without deleting duplicates
