For those having issues with this app.... try logging onto the web based mysamsung page.... update all details including phone details.... then try the app again. App worked fine for me once I updated my details through the web page.
mySamsung doesn't allow to register my S8 saying some Country mismatch error. But I have already registered my S6 & S7 where country wasn't a problem at all.
Edit: As per 1 other user mentioned, the login prompt bug is fixed by updating the profile on web based mysamsung app. Samsung should reset the profile during login for everyone in this case.
I cant confirm my details to register or log in. Please correct and respond promptly. Will adjust review following that as appropriate. Tq
