Great potential for advanced users This app is great for beginners and novices. It troubleshoots basic problems easily. For advanced users it's a bit lacking. I hope they can implement some of the troubleshooting guides for advanced users. So far, so good.
Terrible support from such a renowned manufacturer. Would be useful if Samsung aftercare even existed. Terrible customer service from a so called renowned manufacturer. You could learn much from Apples customer care! Starting with carrying out your own repairs instead of using 3rd party repairers and being like Apple that if a handset breaks it get replaced by new handset. No questions. No refurb units. And you have the hard neck to be asking IPhone prices on the S6. Maybe when you get your act together. But is a Samsung so not worth the £900 price tag!
2nd attempt Complete waste of time. There is nothing in this app that you won't find in the handbook. Any real problem and it's out of it's depth. Will install rather than waste the space.
Smart Care Doesn't help with issues of problems. Rarely finds issues or problems and certainly can't fix anything
Very Basic, Obvious, No help This is basic information you would find in the user manual. No real help or diagnostics for problems. Typical Samsung BS. Who was paid to waste time making this? No wonder your devices are expensive, consume too much battery and generally suck.
Useless I expected that this app would test my setup. It does nothing of the sort, only asks me questions. No point in having it installed as I can read the manual or go online on my PC to get what little info it gives. Useless!!!!!
