usefull it is usefull to get to know about your mobile app and will help you to diagnose the issue.. i found many people didnt like it becuase they completely lost to und erstand this app because its a diagnostic tool. it just tells you where would be issue but dont fixes it. and you dont have to expect it.. i like this app.. atleast i found some of the usefull info. like turn off wireless where not required will stable battery
Just more bloatware Samsung rules when it comes to bloatware. I've had phones by most manufacturers you can name. None have as much absolute garbage, waste-of-space apps as Samsung does. Apparently they don't mind driving away customers.
Very Basic, Obvious, No help This is basic information you would find in the user manual. No real help or diagnostics for problems. Typical Samsung BS. Who was paid to waste time making this? No wonder your devices are expensive, consume too much battery and generally suck.
Handy for info grabbing While this app wont apply physical fixes to your problematic areas, it will help you get to the settings of the areas your having problems with to fix them yourself. Granted not good for thinking this app will fix all your phones problems for you (it wont) but possibly handy for those android novices that want to be shown where the problems may lie.
Great potential for advanced users This app is great for beginners and novices. It troubleshoots basic problems easily. For advanced users it's a bit lacking. I hope they can implement some of the troubleshooting guides for advanced users. So far, so good.
I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG UNTIL RESOLVED tech sprt said I should've used buyers beware, & not chose CARRIER THAT opted out of the 1yr manuf. warranty, that u sold to them. I trusted u only sold to honest carriers. Ur product is defective has been over heating since 2.5weeks after I bought it the LTE/4G stopped too. I loved my S4 & Tab other then over heating, so when read cons. & prod reviews & it being fixed. I went &bought the s6. That was a huge mistake, u won't even fix ur own product, or warn ppl that u find ways around it by letting opt out
