I love Samsung products but ordering through them has been a nightmare. When I go to checkout, it will get rid of any of the offers they have displayed. The "live chat" and phone service was not helpful at all. I talked to literally 10 different people and did not receive any help. I have tried placing an order twice now, and both times keeps getting cancelled! Extremely disappointing

I have tried getting the zflip 5 on the att trade in any year program, it goes semi smoothly, but after a while i encounter bugs, errors, etc, after I manage to get through all of that it asks me for my phone and last 4 digits of my son don't know why but when I put it in I get an error again and again and again, it's so infuriating, I tried support but they weren't any help at all! What does a man have to do to get a decent upgrade in the app of a huge company where the app is full of bugs!!

I actually just ordered my S9 Tab Ultra through the app. Logged into my Samsung account, added a few other items to my order, got a free keyboard cover, checked out, got financing for my purchase, arranged shipping, and all that with no back tracking, no issues, no problems, or concerns of any kind. Thanks for an app that actually worked the first time I used it. I was going to get the S9 tab through Verizon, but they only had the 256, not an ideal option, in my opinion.
