Ratings and reviews

App keeps crashing while I'm in the purchase phase. It's a promo that is ending and I've been trying for 2 hrs to get it before the offer expires. I've deleted and re-download the app and nothing works. If tried contacting chat and it just leads me in circles. It has been 2 days and still no change, I have been on the phone collectively 4 hrs and still no resolve only get the passoff. I need help , the Samsung specialists at best buy told me there a Samsung server issue with the app.

I lost my go live earbuds, and I do take some responsibility. However, the earbuds case always seemed to open on its own. It just never closed tightly. I complained to samsung about this, and I was basically ignored. Eventually, my luck ran out, and the earbuds must have fallen out of my pocket. I contacted samsung support via text and was again given the runaround again. The representative asked me if I had the lost/stolen warranty. No, because it was never offered to me. Very frustrated.

The app is a pain. Resets info and order cost changes from when putting order together to checkout. Every single time the cost goes from some sale then touch a button and the cost changes. It never ever costs what they offer you. If I could rate this even lower then I would. Ordered a phone and even paid for faster shipping. Got an email saying it will be an extra 2 weeks. Called customer service to cancel order and get a refund. Was flat out told no because it's in shipping. New apple customer
