I had an iPhone for almost 9 years prior to switching this year to the samsung galaxy s7 edge. So it was a really big change for me and the samsung + app has been a really big help in the change. I do however like some of the features the iphone had better then samsung galaxys but I also feel I like otger features better on the samsung galaxy then iphone. And this is not about the phone but this app, which I love and is still helping ne adjust to the samsung galaxy. Thanks.
After the current update, I can't get past the second screen when attempting to connect (says poor connection quality). I have 50mbps connection and have also tried on 4G with the same result. Uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data... same result. Once this issue is fixed I will change my overall rating.
Don't be lazy with this app Spend the time to get acquainted with it, because it is loaded with everything you need to know about the devices you personally own..... no more sorting out the junk..... Not to mention the personal support at your fingertips the way you prefer to communicate
If you have a Samsung phone or tablet and want/need to use one as a remote, don't come here. It's useless for that. Unless you want to spend time with support and hear platitudes.
I'll be leaving Samsung with next phone purchase. Couldn't find the appropriate place to post it. Newest updates say not compatible with the GALAXY s7. Another person having same problem with galaxy s 8. Explain that
Like this, I find much useful information in this app. I take off one star only because I've had trouble with communicate. I've attempted contacting them when they've offered a place to call, email, chat etc, but I'm just not having much luck on the follow thru part. I feel that it's a bit of a waste of my time to get the same automated reply each time. I wait as directed, then nothing. Perhaps I'm missing something, making a mistake? I can't be sure as I've not been able to ever connect with a real person yet. But the written information in the app is extremely useful.
