About this app

Sandata Mobile Connect is a Home Health Care mobile solution that enables authorized Agency Caregivers to provide home health care services to clients. Caregivers have the ability to view and start client schedules, view past visits and get driving directions to their client's service location. All visits performed by the Caregiver within Sandata Mobile Connect will be available to the Agency administrator within Sandata's Agency Management system.

My pixel 5 worked fine with the app. But then my phone broke and I upgraded to the 6 pro. The app takes forever to respond and won't react to my touch screen. If I had another phone to use I would but I don't. Why doesn't it respond well on my phone. I'm early/late for clocking in and out all the time. Please find the bug and fix it so I can change my rating.

The app runs very slow, unable to sign in, then once I got signed in and security questions done and new password set up, it disabled the app due to too many log in attempts, which is weird because I only signed in once with temporary password, and once with newly set up password. Update: app. Is running better now, with no log on issues.

I get that this app was designed to meet the requirements of regulatory bodies, and it does that just fine. The three issues I have are with the ENDLESS updates (especially when I'm trying to punch in), and with the frequency of password changes (again, when I'm trying to punch in). Those actions should be able to be delayed by a whole 90 seconds until I get myself signed in, it's pretty irritating. The third issue is that the app doesn't save past clock ins for long. Storing those would be nice
