I get that this app was designed to meet the requirements of regulatory bodies, and it does that just fine. The three issues I have are with the ENDLESS updates (especially when I'm trying to punch in), and with the frequency of password changes (again, when I'm trying to punch in). Those actions should be able to be delayed by a whole 90 seconds until I get myself signed in, it's pretty irritating. The third issue is that the app doesn't save past clock ins for long. Storing those would be nice

The idea behind it is good. The app, on the other hand, is only good when it works. Please fix your connection issues and stop making providers take more time trying to login and less time taking care of their clients. The paperwork is already enough of a headache, especially for an independent Aid, without having to face connectivity issues.

It sets my phone down and turns the screen black it messes with the other apps I can't even dial 911. I'm unable to clock in on time and clock out the patient can't write a signature. I'm going to uninstall it and I would not recommend that no one will put it on their phone. It has blown out my smart LG headset. Everything has to be rebooted. This app is horrible. The book should have been worked out more before it was released to the public. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had these issue
