Ratings and reviews

The app and even their Website is terrible. It keeps asking you to enter login info (even when you are already logged in) to enter each new online bill pay. Terrible. I tried calling their IT department and I was told it is for all security, but when I told them that I am already logged in. They kept saying it is for additional security. What a sorry excuse.

this app used to be great, all I would have to do was click on CC history to make a payment but thats gone, and when I add a new bank account to pay the bill it tells me to close the page but it loses all the progress I made when I do.

Terrible credit union with shady service, shady tactics, and poor quality app! They approved me for an auto loan but failed to disclose that they would not approve me for any type of account because I'm from WV. Did not even have the decency to call me. Guy named "Rick" hung up on me. Happy now because I downloaded this app and it's just filled with bugs, links don't work and it's not user friendly whatsoever.
