Still can't deposit a check Obviously they know there is a problem with remote check deposit, but they haven't done anything to correct it. Images of my checks appear washed out and almost all white on the screen. When i lower ambient light to almost nothing, the image is better on screen but the camera still won't focus properly to take a usable image.
The app was fixed to connect whether you're on Wi-Fi or not. Worked fine for a while. But now when trying to deposit a check, it shuts down when you take a pic of the check. Sigh...always something.
UPDATE PT. 2... So I uninstalled and re-installed, & it now engages about 1/2 the time... It is working BETTER, but still not working as it should... I will continue to use, and if it works more often than not, a star will be added... thanks... ************************* UPDATE... I now have to login twice, in order for accounts to load... No longer going to "black screen", but still not working as it should (in my humble opinion)... ************************* Is there something preventing it from engaging, as after login, screen just goes black... Please help...
CANNOT DEPOSIT CHECKS. Which was the only reason I installed this (cr)app. I'm not surprised to see others had the same issue but wow, a year later and still this error occurs. I'm uninstalling. What a waste of time. I may even close my account. We are dawning on a great era which is a merge between our world and a new discovered world, the virtual one. If you want your business to succeed, or even sustain, get with the program. Or sink with the fossils.
"Android devices are known for their fragmentation...you may be using an outdated device." Hi, Android developer here, either the OS is outdated, in which case you need to drop support for the OS in your app (your fault) or this is a convenient excuse. Don't blame users for your crappy app.
ORIGINAL: 4/2017 "UNABLE TO REACH SERVER" if it does connect, i still can't deposit checks. what is the point of this app as it's currently useless EDIT: 7/28/17 dev team comments to follow up with the bank customer service line more than 3 months later. i just don't get how SFFCU could have paid people for this garbage app. EDIT 2: 7/31/17 asking me to come to the bank and show you my phone is ridiculous. how about you tell me the company's name that SFFCU contracted out to make this app? i run a SMN910P on 6.0.1 with N910PVPS4DQC1 firmwares. (cleaned up the bit about you, has nothing to do with you, just the developers) *UPDATE EDIT* 9/25/17 Using a different phone model, SCH-L900 (Samsung Galaxy Note II), guess what? Your app still doesn't work! After 3 times of attempting to use the deposit feature and being kicked out of the app, I'm done.
