Ratings and reviews

Worst customer service ever! They delivered the wrong order, which cost less than what I paid, but they refused to refund the difference even after I showed them the invoice and packaging. They still want photos of the food, like I'm lying or something. In such a competitive market with so many delivery app options in Qatar, you guys really need to step up your game to keep customers.

Restaurant and cafe options are great. But many times I've had items missing from my order. I don't know whether it's the miscommunication from the app or whether it's the vendor. Also, once you place the order, it takes a long time for the rider to reach the restaurant. And the on time promise has a very large margin, 2 hours at times when the restaurant isn't even that far. So hopefully they work on the improvements because the app is good with many options different to talabat and noon

I ordered at 6 30 pm. at 7 30 I told them cancel my order if you cant deliver on time. they said they cant. its already left the restaurant. at 8 pm they said its delivered but I didn't receive it. it turns out they delivered to a wrong location.. the app wasn't working. and my address was correct in the app. then they offered to cancel my order and refund. after wasting 90 minutes. and offered me a compensation of 20 aed. what a joke.. highly disappointed!
