They canceled my order an hour and a half late for no reason, even though it was iftar time and I was fasting. They didn't refund the price of the meals they charged my card in advance. I contacted customer service, but it was no use; they didn't help me. I contacted the restaurant, but my order wasn't even sent by this delivery company. until now i didn't receive my money!!! The restaurant didn't receive anything and didn't know there was an order at all, thats mean your system is not working.

i do not recommend using the Kita delivery app. I had multiple bad experiences, not just once. Their service after placing an order is very poor. Orders are cancelled without a clear reason, and refunds are often delayed or even refused. Some items never arrive, yet the refund is still rejected. The app only allows card payment, which is not flexible. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not use this app again.

Bad experience. Menu items are not accurate with restaurants and Keeta App, which leads to missing items. They have initiated a refund of the missing item, which is a part of 1 main menu item. They value their customer with a very low amount (It's really insulting). As food delivery service provider, they should ensure customer satisfaction in the right way.
