Terrible Service – Do Not Recommend I placed an order, and immediately after confirming, the app informed me the delivery would take 1.5 hours. I tried to cancel within the first minute, but customer support was completely unresponsive. The food arrived 90 minutes later completely cold. Very disappointed with both the service and support. Avoid this app.

The restaurant delivered the wrong order which the restaurant itself apologetically confirmed. From the wrong order several items were also missing. ??? Unfortunately, Keeta customer service transferred me endlessly between different representatives without resolving the issue, then blaming me. In the end, I was out of approximately $50 in local currency, but with a valuable lesson learned.

They are slightly cheaper than talabat for some restaurants, but horrible customer service. Change the delivery times according to their rider availability and not restaurants. waited an hour for a delivery that was stated only 20 to 30 min. Refused to cancel my order and asked me to deal with the restaurant even though they were late trying to find a driver.
