I accidentally placed the order twice, and my card details were already saved. The amount was deducted, but I couldnât cancel the order. Their â24/7â customer service wasnât helpful: I waited in the queue (47) for a long time, and when it was my turn they chatted with me and mentioned that the food had already been prepared. They also stated that we can cancel the order but can't refund the money. Iâve never had such a bad experience with any other food delivery app in the UAE.

The first mistake I made was saving my credit card in the Keeta app. When I was checking their offer, an order was placed without asking for my confirmation. I immediately messaged customer care to cancel the order, but they didn't cancel it. Around 5 minutes later, they said they couldn't cancel as the restaurant had already prepared the food. I lost money and complained many times, but they only apologized and did nothing further. An app with no immediate cancellation option is like a scam, TC

I regularly order from Keeta for two locations and rely on the app to auto-select the correct one based on my location. Today, my order was wrongly sent to Al Dafna instead of Al Sadd. Customer service was unhelpful and asked me to pick up the order myself. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This will be my last order.
