In my experience, the app isn't so good as most requests tend to take a long time to finish. The worst for me, though, is that I get ads about loans every single day, and I can't turn off notifications because I want to get notified about activities in my account. As an improvement, I'd suggest creating different types of notifications, so I can disable the ones about loan offerings.

The app is extremely lazy, even to perform simple tasks like showing the home screen or to logging in. Sometimes I can't pay some bills using this app ('Service unavailable', or 'Try again later'), but when I try another one from competitors it works. Lots of built-in adds (all kinds of loans and credit cards) make the app even worst. Please fix issues and give customers the option to choose if they want to
