Ratings and reviews

The Flyers are too small to look at on the app. You're not allowed to turn your phone to view the app on the horizontal access because it automatically brings up the scanning barcode. Please give the option to remove this pop-up of the barcode so that the Flyers can be viewed in a larger screen horizontally.

The app is pretty good; except when it isn't. I lost the ability to use the app IN MID USE. Tried troubleshooting, tried un/re-install, nothing worked. Okay, tried website, I got all my offers BUT no virtual card. How are you supposed to be able get or redeem points? Contacted Support and 2 weeks later they gave me instructions to do what I had already done. And WHO can wait 2 weeks? SE search and it turns out that at times AVG cleaner/anti-virus kicks out PCO app. Finally got it fixed.

This points program clearly doesn't work, I am not talking about just the app, I've been to the store twice now to redeem points, the app says earn & redeem, the web says the same thing, support says they fixed it and the store says it's locked. Seems like this points program is seriously flawed, if they ever let me redeem the points, I'll use them up and start shopping elsewhere, points are suppose to help in times of need, this weekend I get to starve, thanks to this 🤨
