Getting very frustrated when I cannot redeem my points at POS. I'm told my setting need to be saying earm only. However EVERY time I check, it says earn and redeem. So I look stupid to the cashiers and I get frustrated. Not at them but at this app! This was fine for years and only in the past 6 months has this been an issue. I only use my points when I absolutely need them. I end up needing to void the whole purchase and use my physical card. Which it upsetting and frustrating for everyone.

The Flyers are too small to look at on the app. You're not allowed to turn your phone to view the app on the horizontal access because it automatically brings up the scanning barcode. Please give the option to remove this pop-up of the barcode so that the Flyers can be viewed in a larger screen horizontally.

The app itself is OK, but the PC Optimum program in general is not even worth participating in anymore. Very few relevant offers, too few members only specials, the ones that are relevant are not really deals anymore. IIRC I could have saved $0.09 on ketchup a few weeks ago. 9 cents! Not worth stopping. I know Lablaws is on their kick now to make the customer experience as bad as possible with their anti-theft fetish, but it almost makes joining the 'Steal from Lablaws' movement a hobby.
