Getting very frustrated when I cannot redeem my points at POS. I'm told my setting need to be saying earm only. However EVERY time I check, it says earn and redeem. So I look stupid to the cashiers and I get frustrated. Not at them but at this app! This was fine for years and only in the past 6 months has this been an issue. I only use my points when I absolutely need them. I end up needing to void the whole purchase and use my physical card. Which it upsetting and frustrating for everyone.

One of the worst Loyalty Programs ever. The app makes it harder and harder to use the program, to the point that its not worth it. You see all their ads, and takes several minutes to load offers (which are now limited) and you get like 50 cents back....wake up this is not a loyalty program, this is like an ad program, click bait. One day, there will be a criminal investigation and you'll all be arrested record profits you're making on food prices, and decieving your costomers..shop elsewhere.

The Flyers are too small to look at on the app. You're not allowed to turn your phone to view the app on the horizontal access because it automatically brings up the scanning barcode. Please give the option to remove this pop-up of the barcode so that the Flyers can be viewed in a larger screen horizontally.
