Rudimentary interface, but workable The visual interface and its application is not necessarily the best I have ever seen, but it does what it was intended to do and gives you the ability to view and interact with messages on the SAP Support Portal. the ability to view the message status from my phone has been invaluable in the last few weeks since I have had to open several incident tickets with SAP and I'm not always at my computer to check for a response.
Good start, need a lot of improvements. Few suggestions: (1) view all SAP incidents under same customer (2) allow usage of multiple S-user ids, critical for partners (3) better UI (4) certificate based SSO
remember username and password needed companies may have multiple s-users .. and program should have to remember those username and passwords for easy access, message inbox not showing sent incidents
