A feature that accommodates incoming complaints from West Java residents to be followed up in accordance with the authority of the relevant agency.

This apps cannot use well for anything. Just loading screen which is endless. The apps cannot function as it should, don't know why can an apps like this be published for the public.

So awful, trying to block car license plate due to vehicle sold already always failed said that server busy please try again in few minutes. Tried all day from 8:00 till 12:00 until the service hour is closed. Zzz please fix the app and server

not user-friendly, the SKKP e did not appear as expected. the next day, the data could not appear. after submitting a complaint via WA the problem can be resolved immediately. Thank You
