After I installed the latest app version (6.3.20) on my phone, I was not able to login anymore. It took almost a month of slow communication with whom ever is responding through the email CRC@.... To find out that my phone's android version is not compatible with the updated App. I have purchased a new phone and re-installed the App once more. However, I need to reactivate the App. I live in Chicago now. I tried to contact the customer service vis email, phone and Whatsup. No response so ever.

Problem with the application: When I want to log in with my account number and password, it does not work. It just stays on the login screen and does not enter the account.

This app doesn't deserve half a star, it's a very bad app. I downloaded it, and after one minute of running it, it tells you that the password is incorrect, without mentioning the other problems in it.It should be updated constantly and its old interface should be changed.
