This is one of the worst apps and services I’ve encountered in the Moroccan market. I’ve been trying to create an account through the app for seven days now, but every time I scan my ID and my face, I get the same message: "The server is not available."I called customer service, which is very expensive, and was asked to send a screenshot of the error via email. Now, four days later, I still haven’t received any reply. The entire experience has been below zero. I do not recommend it at all.

Absolute joke of a bank. My card failed at Marjane and then again at an Attijari ATM despite having a balance. It’s the end of the month and their servers clearly can't handle the traffic. Being stranded at a checkout because your bank’s system is "down" is unacceptable. Al Barid Bank is unreliable when you actually need your money. Switching as soon as possible. Total incompetence.

تطبيق مخيب للآمال جدًا. لا أنصح باستخدامه لدفع الفواتير. التطبيق يخصم المال لكن الفاتورة لا يتم دفعها. وبعد ذلك يجب الانتظار حتى 10 أيام عمل لتقديم شكوى. تطبيق سيئ وخدمة سيئة. Very disappointing application. I do not recommend using it to pay bills. The application takes the money, but the bill is not paid. Then you have to wait up to 10 working days to file a complaint. Bad application and poor service.
