About this app

The Saratoga’s Community Federal Credit Union app is a must have for credit union members to keep on track with their finances. Locate the nearest branch/ATM, deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills, and even send money to a friend or family member with simply their email address or cell phone number. Through the app you can conveniently and securely:
- Check your account balances
- View recent transactions
- Deposit checks
- Pay bills
- Send money to friends/family with their email or phone number
- Transfer money between your accounts
- Find ATMs and branch locations

In order to enable certain features, this application needs to access the following on your device:
- Location services: So we can return ATM/Branch search results that are relevant to your current location
- Camera: So that you can use the Mobile Check Deposit feature
- Contacts: So that when using the Popmoney person-to-person payments feature you can easily select a contact from your device to pay

Ratings and reviews

I rarely write reviews but I do read them.. I have multiple accounts with SCFCU and the app gets more and more difficult to complete transactions. In one account I am not allowed to make an external payment, so I have to make an external payment to my checking personal (3-5 bus. days) and then make an internal payment (another 3-5) Most hours in the day the app says we "can not process your transfer at this time". When I can schedule a transfer, it rarely goes through on the projected date.

Constantly makes me reenter my password. And as a secondary user, a text is sent to my husband's phone to get a verification code at least once a week. Also wish they would calculate pending transactions out/in to reflect available balance.

Love this banking app!! I've been with this credit union for ages. And had the app for just as long. Easy to use, simple, and secure. 💕
