Payment updates take forever. I'm not sure if it's the app or Sasktel, but it's annoying, and I find myself overpaying at times. Close to scam or fraudulent to an extent.

Used to be alright now it sucks, doesn't show my data used anymore just always shows 0gb.. Fix your broken app sasktel!

This app is HORRIBLE! I log in to the app with MY fingerprint, proving my identity, yet I still need to get a verification code EVERYTIME I log in which takes 5 mins to receive. Redundant, horrible app.
