I've been waiting for a code on my number and email but nothing was sent. Is useless if I'll have to struggle so much to get a cab.
I had such a great experience, not only with the app but from the call center aswell. I even requested last minute pickup and barely waited 10 minutes, you guys rock! Keep it up!
ABSOLUTE TRASH! Easily the worst cab hailing app. Drivers are extremely greedy and accept new trips even if they're still on other ones. ETA's are hardly ever accurate (e.g the app can estimate the driver's arrival time at 3minutes but it could take the driver an entire 15minutes to arrive and the app won't even bother notifying you of any delays, it'll just maintain the 3mins and make you wait like an idiot.) ALSO you guys have a bad habit of making incorrect debits and then you take your own sweet time to refund!!!
Once I got the app to work, it did well. I had problems trying to register, with no response from Zebra in spite of leaving messages and sending emails. My first ride went well, and no issues to report. Fare estimate matched exactly with actual fare. BUT their tech support is bloody awful. Don't bother to report a problem because they just ignore you, or tell you that there isn't a problem. NOT good.
Super simple and convenient I've only had good experiences using this app. There's always a cab within 10 to 15 most minutes. Easy to use and just no fuss.
I am unable to get the registration code. Both via email and sms. I will have to uninstall the app. Hope u will fix this issue. For now #Uber will do
