App does not work. Don't buy the cards for the digital experience, or you will be highly disappointed. As for the person replying to these messages saying contact customer support. If everyone has to contact customer support due to the app/website not working, it's probably something you should fix instead of passing it off as a customer related issue. Maybe just fix the issues.

Update: The app is working again. Customer support helped resolve the issue The app quit working almost a month ago. It tells me to complete my account but tells me that my email has already been taken and won't let me go further. I've emailed support several times and they reply that they are working on a fix.

Business Scam - We purchased this app membership through a high school fundraiser. Every business we tried to use the launchback app discount with said they never signed up to be part of their program. 2 businesses did honor it - but why should they? We loved the Entertainment Coupon Book this is suppose to replace. They have really slipped keeping their good image. Very disappointed.
