What is this thing now of finding a suitable browser? Why do you think you know what a suitable browser is for me? Fortunately you consider Firefox a suitable browser, but what if I would want to use any of the different forks of Firefox? Unfortunately the automatic check fails and despite of having Firefox your app won't find it, so much for using a suitable browser. Maybe I should find a suitable service provider. What a ridiculous unnecessary fake security idea.

Hi! I'm sorry for the issues with the app. We are currently investigating why the app doesn't recognize Firefox. Hopefully the fix will be in the next update!

First of all I will just say that the customer service has been awesome for all the years and all The Times I've talked with them. The app- It's worked well for me and shows lots of details for the usage and bills. It's just missing the message to elisa feature on my android galaxy s10. Edit: I found that it is available when set to the native language of finnish. My finnish isn't totally fluent so I usually had it set to English, and the feature is missing when the language is english. 🎑

The app logs you out each time. Annoying af, and no, I won't allow face recognition or fingerprint for faster logins, it's an inconvenience and not user friendly. There's no need to login each time, it's an app for a reason.

I'm sorry to hear that safety restrictions have become a nuissance for you. Biometric login would make logging in safer and quicker but of course it's your own choice to do so.
