My experience has usually been okay with the app. The same cannot be said for the actual cabs. It's a hit or miss. One item that is really painful is that the car owners do not give the full 300 rupees that they change as driver allowance to drivers and you end up paying for their meals etc. This is very uncomfortable and an additional expense. I have rented several times from savaari and it has been the same story. If you don't know a local taxi company, then this is safe more expensive option

Booking id: 8554214. Very disappointing experience. We booked a 7 seater car and the car came with boot space occupied so we had to adjust in 5 seats only. The total cost included extra 10 kms as they consider garage to garage distance and not the pickup to drop distance. The owner was a horrible person with no sense of talking to a customer when talking about the drawbacks of the trip. The AC was not turned on when needed. Overall a very bad experience.

After years of disappoinment from Ola and Uber in terms of availability, driver, punctuality, I'm very glad I found savaari and I'm so glad that they operate in my city. Savaari has more options to choose from, local, intercity, then it's not a cab. It's your car for your time slot, you'll never feel it's a cab. The service is great and I've never seen anyone on time as much as savaari employees. They're there 10 minutes before your booking time and they're willing to wait for you.
