Good but needs improvement in certain areas. 1. Outstation toll charges should be automatically added on or included in the price based on the GPS map and the route taken. This avoids any discomfort to the user if the driver is asking more on the pretext of toll and makes service more transparent. 2. After the initial booking payment is made. Balance amount payment instructions to the driver should be made even further clear, like after certain miles specified balance amount is due etc

horrible experience. We booked a cab one day in advance and they cancelled it 1 hour before our trip to the airport stating that we didn't respond to their call. We had paid an advance booking fee of 500 and called them back which directed their automated machine as well. Please don't depend on this app for bookings. When we called the customer service again, they stated that now ride charge will be 3700, when we booked it was 1800. Definitely feels like a scam.

Savaari is a great app for booking taxis. On my last trip to India, I used it to book my trips multiple times. Drivers & cars were all good. However, I have some feedback regarding the booking process. Firstly, the app does not list all the addresses or show a map to pin a pickup location. My home address was not in the search list. So I had to convey my pick up location to the driver before my trip. Secondly, it is hard to find the OTP. OTPs should be provided in the app as well.
