Our app makes saving lives even easier and enables you to book or change an appointment in seconds. To use the app you will first need to have signed up online in order to log in. Don’t worry if you haven’t, you can still do this after downloading the app by selecting the Sign up to donate option (available for whole blood donors and plasma donors only). We have simplified the sign up process and within minutes of registering you can instantly sign in and book yourself an appointment slot or even change or cancel your existing appointments. You can also edit your personal details and view your donation history. You will also get an option to receive instant alerts or information updates from us of when we need support for your specific blood group.

Very helpful app - have been using it for a long time now to book my appointments. My only complaint is that the Download Calendar Reminder feature no longer works, which is a shame as it was a very convenient and helpful way to keep track of appointments. I checked and I have the latest version of the app with all updates, so it is not because I have failed to update the app. Not sure why it stopped working!

I've been using the app for some years now but have to say the latest update is a big improvement. It makes it very easy to find and book an appointment and with a couple of clicks it's added to your calendar 🥰

Can someone help apply a fix to this app please? For a few months it keeps showing the error "Sorry, there is a problem with the service. Please try again later. An error occurred while trying to retrieve a list of venues. Please search by town city or post code." All this after already trying to search by town, city or post code. This error does not occur on the website... Thank you 🙏🏼
