Missing money, snail response. They didn't give me my rebate so I emailed them. It has been almost a week and I still have not received a response. As soon as they fix this, I am cashing out then uninstalling.
Works good for me. I like the one or many rebates. Usually there isn't too much to do for them and they are usually big enough amounts I can see it add up.
I always have to contact because things on my receipt are missed. I even marked them this time and still did not get credit.
Turning into junk Partial receipt credit. SLOW RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE with canned response. Avoid untill they add qualified customer service representatives
Doesnt work+wont respond to emails I noticed there was LOTS of rebates that never got credited to my account so i sent an email and then got an email saying i hear from them within 10 days. Never heard anything so i emailed AGAIN. STILL NEVER HEARD BACK! I have gotten some rebates but considering how many im sure i applied for and should have gotten but didnt and those are just ones i happen to remember. Who knows how many more i cant remember!
App is OK, but they twist and change redemption rules The app works great and is user friendly. I did finally get credit for a few rebates. Then, they decided to make up new redemption exclusions. Even though there is no clear policy stated on their website, items ordered online and picked up in store do not qualify. Not fun to find that out after purchase. And customer service took so long to respond as to why the rebate was denied, I was unable to return the product to the store.
