Chat is a tool for emotional support and personal growth. It can be used on Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, and computer browsers to provide suicide prevention services for Hong Kong residents. Chat is a homonym for "chatroom". It means a tree that can vent your emotions. It is a place where you can safely talk about emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, and life details. After your emotions are relieved, you can face challenges.
-Chat room: Provided by trained volunteers, professional social worker support, one-time text emotional support and suicide prevention chat service, content and information are kept confidential, while sharing cherish life pictures and videos
Monday to Friday: 4 pm to 1 am
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 8 pm to 1 am

Goal planning is a small tool to help you complete your life goals. You only need to enter the information about the goal according to the instructions. After each completion, you can click the button to know the progress of the goal. When the entire goal is completed, you will be awarded a "Medal of Achievement". Let you share the joy with your friends on social media!
The mood log is a tool to help you record your daily mood and distress. Just enter the mood index and distress content every day to know your emotional state. If you continue to be depressed, we will post "Emotional Improvement Tips" ", to help you improve your mood. If you agree, we will use the sentiment data entered by users for research purposes. All data will be processed anonymously and no personal data will be disclosed.
