Ratings and reviews

By far the worst banking app. Cannot be used with NRE or NRO accounts. It cannot handle international phone numbers (which is very common for NRE accounts). It tries to use the international number without the country code and as a result complains that no account exists for the number. I don't understand why I can't just login using my username and password. Why force phone number? very poorly thought out UX. Update: the link they provided to raise the ticker below does not workn either.

Scan doesn't work properly. Add beneficiary seems nightmare since- You have to fill the entire segment of bank details, (I know for security reasons precaution is a must but typing banking password again while logged in already !) Secondly it crashes in between which means repeating the same steps again and again . Hence, leaving user in frustration .

Not user friendly. Gives you problems at every turn. It takes half an hour to load the app just for something that takes one minute. The app will suddenly stop working. I don't want to spending hours or redoing the same thing again and again just because this app can work efficiently.
