It often happens that the app doesn't launch . This means if I have to redeem any amount ,I can't do that because of the stupid app not working . Many a times while redeeming ,I put in the OTP for the final finish ,and at the end moment ,I get the message ,' Payment failed' . Many a times ,it shows total portfolio value as Rs 0 . I request and suggest that prompt action be taken .

Update 20-Aug-2026: App does not launch at all now. Errors out at launch. Tried multiple times and even restarted phone. As a lot of other users say, what used to be a good app in the past is now laden with bugs. Update 06-Aug-2026: App launches and works very slow now. Please fix. The app was better earlier. The AI advert at launch is unnecessary and slows dowm the launch.

The application has been crashing frequently in recent days. Due to these repeated crashes unable to access transactions and other details properly. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting transaction tracking. Kindly investigate and resolve the issue on priority.
