Ratings and reviews

There are many things that need to be improved. For example I submitted a request for a fund switch on 5th December but even after 5 days it is still showing as under process. This means the fund manager keeps the money with them for 5 days. Some transactions are already completed yet they appear both in Completed Transactions and In Progress. which creates confusion about where to check in completed or in progress. Many such things need improvement.

There is no logout option. Do keep the logout option also for users safety assurance. Double back tap for logout is not a good option when the phone get misplaced or lost accidentally in the crowd area. Lost of phone and money may blame your organization since there is no logout option in the app. Hope you'll understand.

Unable to sign up using an email account associated with the folio number due to character restriction of 40 characters, the email we are using has 42 characters. please check on this on an immediate basis. If there is a character restriction then at start while creating folio itself it should restrict using email with 42 characters plus.
